Cities with experience that become the leaders in the implementation of our work programme.
Annually, the Leading Cities receive the support of the Secretariat of the Committee in the areas of Cooperation and Learning (technical assistance, capacity-building good practices) and Communication (website, social networks). The Leading Cities are also the representatives of the Committee on culture of UCLG in international meetings and events.
